A new idea in it’s very early stages. Basically just us jamming over a few possible riffs/changes with George adlibing some vocals. Very poor instrument levels due to shabby field recorder placement.

A heavier post from Polymer. One of our early ideas that grew into a song. Once again, recorded in our jam room live.. We love playing this as it morphs into something different every time..
Still just an idea and incomplete. Hoping for suggestions to improve this. The problems i see are: It has no real chorus, is more wussy sounding than i’d like it to be and is lacking any kind of musical hook to tie it all together.. Whats your thoughts?

Since this page now has “Released” & “Unreleased” sections, i can start to get feedback on all of my half finished ideas! sweet!.. this was just a base idea that grew as it was recorded.. by no means finished.. all pretty much first takes.. whats the verdict? should i complete it or just scrap the idea?
If the Free Music Label (tFML) was the Late Show it may sound something like this.. inspired after watching some very cheesy, unknown, late nite talk show on cable.. a shameless plug for us but hey, i think we are worth it.. hahah.. and finally found a use for my 57 reissue strat with this idea.. I really think some muso’s will get something out of this site.. but how do we find them? NOTE: the applause samples i used were found at: www.pacdv.com/sounds/applause-sounds.html. A great little site.. and like us, it’s all free..

A pretty song that was a long time in the making. The 1st half recorded in Parkes Aus, the second here in SLC.
My attempt at writing a happy tune.. Acoustic with Bongos! The positive lyric idea didn’t last much past the 1st verse but oh well.. we all agree lyrics are more interesting if they aren’t all teddy bears and rainbows don’t we?
