Yes decent, decent indeed,.. although you regulated my spinal column,.. at the beginning my head was dipping from left to right, and towards the end it was bopping up and down, obviously the bones grinded like a wayward gear change, but that was not a reflection of fault, I believe you transitioned this song very nicely, you wound the toy mouse down real well,..when my inverterbrates pop like that, it's indicative of success,.. this had an interesting fusion of metal and country,.. you take completed lyrics seriously which is great, and it is happy to hear a song weaver, and dream catcher, well motivated. I think your a good versatile vocalist aswell, your service of aggressive rock-rasps is a whipped up treat, dont be shy to divy out a little more of these,.. in your previous song the elevated rock rasp induced alot of short choppy claps quite involuntarily on my behalf, I could not fight the applause,..it was awesome,..

Nice job, good lyrics, well sung, good transitioning,..and capped off extremely well,.. only minor issues,.. a little bit stretchy in areas of the first half,..would have liked an extra variable or two,.. besides that, nothing but blood and bone up the roots which twitches the petals with electric vibrance as the floral bud bristles lamb sheer a cushion of bright eyes and a smile,.. a happy japanese flower, well endorsed,… good work.

I really like the intro guitars – great tone. Good balance.
nice simple toe tapping song. Takes me back to when I 16 and would hop on my wanna-be-hawg and cruise the town.

I really like the guitar tone. What amps? How recorded?

I listen to this and think I need to do a simple song with minimal production

Placed into rotation on my ipod. 90%
Only thing I would like is maybe a bit more of a solo

I loved this song you guys did really well and should be proud..Great voice nice lyrics very pro..probably one of the best songs on the site date.. And its quite catchy…It sounds like country rock???Im not sure if that's what your going for but it does sound that way…I'm impressed and so is D.C…..Has a tinge of early 90s to it. still keep rocking you have a great voice. Its a little incubus like but still you have a growly rock element to it as well…Keeper it up..(87%)

Cant fault you was recorded back in 2002 and was the 4th track of a 4 track CD. The other 3 songs off the EP, ie Listen, God On Earth and Charlotte, I believe are already on this site. It was a cd we launched at the Espy in the Girshwin room back in the days we had a residency there. It didnt however impress anyone important enough in the industry to get us signed or distribution. But hey, you have to have a go otherwise you will never know.

Damn.. it's that old huh? I really like it.. Impressed by the way you guys move a song along.. its a simple progression, but the lyrics paint a really great picture in the verses and the music varies enough with little accents to keep it very alive and pulsing along.. The chorus is catchy as hell with out sounding cheesy – and thats a hard thing to do..

If i had to pick a fault i guess it'd be the ending music.. well, not the music itself, but the mix.. kinda felt like it should have been bigger and more "swirling", err, let off the leash and given room to roam – like your head at end of a night after the barmaid calls last drinks.. I suspect that was the original idea as the music grows and gets a little chaotic in the outro – but the mix seemed to do the opposite and progressively squish it down so it could close on a centered end chord. i think the mix direction should have gone the other way to aid the rest of the song.. err.. did any of that make sense?

Overall, its just pub rock, but its done right, and i like it…

from get go it sounds pub rock, then the vocals come in and sounds really good, the vocalists sound is really good, so comfortable and easy, the band as a whole sounds like they are all working towards the same sound which is good, vocals paint a picture, i suspect this is the vocalist voice luring me into a false sense of security, i respect the chords being played but they dont seem to mean anything to me? they are fairly generic and i fear the vocalist is keeping the interest on this track, i could definitely sink some beers to this at the pub though, but this one for me is a little "cambo" (for the parkes crowd)
